Refund & Cancellation Policy

Table Reservations

A £6 booking deposit is required to secure your table reservation.

Please note that the £6 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking within 30 days of your reservation date or fail to attend your booking.

If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at workshops@becreativecraftstudio.com. Where possible, we may be able to transfer your reservation to an alternative date, subject to availability.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Tables will be released if you are more than 15 minutes late and we have not been notified.

Workshops & Events

If you need to cancel your workshop or event booking, you may do so up to fourteen days before the workshop date to receive a full refund. Please contact us at [workshops@becreativecraftstudio.com].

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made less than fourteen days before the workshop unless we are able to fill your place from a waiting list.

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or non-attendance.

If you need to move your booking to another workshop date, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least fourteen days before the original workshop date.

Payments

All bookings must be paid for in advance through our website or via bank transfer by prior agreement.

Changes or Cancellations by Be Creative Craft Studio

In the unlikely event that Be Creative Craft Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a table booking, workshop, or event, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.

Where possible, an alternative date or booking transfer will be offered. If you are unable to attend the alternative date, you will be offered either a full refund or credit note, including any booking deposit paid.

Be Creative Craft Studio reserves the right to make minor changes to workshops, activities, seating arrangements, or event details where necessary.
