Duration: Workshops are typically 1-2 hours, but please check the specific workshop booking details for exact times as they can vary.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

• Speed Limit: Due to the presence of animals and children, we ask that you observe a strict 5mph speed limit
• Pick-Up: Arrive promptly for when the workshop ends.
• Late Pick-Up Policy: If you are running late, please contact us immediately. We will wait up to 15 minutes before charging a £5 per 15-minute waiting fee to cover our staff’s time.
• Waiting Area – While we do not have a specific waiting area, parents are welcome to stay on site.  We have a number of small shops and an amazing cafe where you can enjoy a drink and peace and quiet (Cafe and shop open Tuesday – Sunday).  If you do want to wait in the workshop area, please let us know ahead of time.  Simply contact us via email.

Food & Drink:

• No food should be consumed during the workshop as it doesn’t mix well with crafts.
• Participants can bring their own bottle of water or squash (fizzy drinks are not recommended).

Clothing:

• Wear clothes suitable for getting messy. Although we try to keep everyone clean, crafts like glue and paint can be messy.

Parking / Drop off

We have a large free car park on site for everyone to use.  During busy times, it can get full so in that care please park safely on the road just outside the Bucks Goat Centre.  Please remain respectful of the residents who live nearby.

Health and Safety

Please make sure you have provided any necessary medical information and emergency contact information for anyone attending one of our workshops.

Post Workshop Follow Up

After the workshop, we will follow up to gather feedback on the workshop and your overall experience. Your input helps us improve and continue offering the best creative experiences.

Special Arrangements

If you need to stay on-site during your childs workshop, please contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee availability without prior arrangements.
